Firstly, all of our lithium-ion battery packs use A-grade cells and are equipped with an intelligent BMS protection board to prevent overcharging, overdischarging, and overheating. The lithium-ion battery packs have certifications such as CE, RoHS, KC, PSE, FCC, CB, UL, MSDS, UN38.3, etc. Therefore, the above situations will not occur.

How long do lithium batteries last?

Our LiCoO2 lithium battery pack has a cycle life of over 500 times, while the cycle life of Lifepo4 is 3000 to 5000 times.

How are lithium-ion battery packs managed to optimize performance and longevity?

Battery management systems within the packs monitor individual cell parameters, ensuring balanced charging and discharging to maximize performance and lifespan.

How long is the warranty period for your lithium-ion battery pack? What should we do for after-sales service in case of any problems?

Our lithium-ion battery pack has a normal warranty period of 12 months. If the lithium-ion battery pack malfunctions, we offer remote technical guidance. Charging time depends on the battery's capacity and the charger's current. For example, if the battery capacity is 4000mAh and the charger current is 2500mA, charging time = 4000mAh / 2500mA = 1.6 hours.
